Our, Contract to Closing Table program, is designed for those Limited Service Flat Fee MLS clients or For Sale by Owner sellers who successfully obtain an offer property, but would like professional assistance handling it all, such as:

The price of the Contract to Closing Table program is 1.5% of the purchase price.  

This service can be initated at any time.

 So, for example: $150,000 sales price, most of our clients save over $2,250 from using a conventional agent.
